AVL PHARMA launches a new packaging line
The new line doubles blister packaging capacity and reduces the human factor.
A new automated blister packaging line has been commissioned at the Tashkent production complex. The line fills and seals up to 24,000 cavities per hour.
The line operates as a fully closed loop: from raw-material loading to finished-pack assembly the product never contacts the environment. This lowers contamination risk and keeps batches uniform.

- Batch number and expiry date are printed automatically
- Packaging waste drops by roughly 18 percent
The line has completed validation and has been in serial production since September.
